St. James Church and Althea Campbell Make Tender Care a Reality

After many months of hard work, St. James Church in South Carolina and Althea Campbell make Tender Care a reality in Guyana. Althea is the daughter of Michael and Michiel Campbell, the on-site house parents for Save R Kids in Guyana. For many years, Althea has had a dream to provide the community of Anna Catarina, West Coast Demerara and Cornelia Ida with a safe and loving place for children during the day. With prayers, hard work and the partnership of St. James, Althea was recently able to make that dream come true. The home, located in the heart of the community, will provide a hot meal and “tender care” to children in the area.  Althea has shown her love and knowledge to inspire, teach and encourage all children to have hopes and dreams for a better world, and SRK is proud of her for this great accomplishment! Join us in praying for Tender Care as they make plans to open their doors this September.

If you would like further information on this project, please EMAIL US and we will forward your request to those at St. James Church who can further assist you
